There was an situation where I was locked out of my apt. I called this locksmith service. They responded with great customer service. Even though I was going crazy they handled the situation with professional conduct and put me at ease! I would definitely recommend them to my family & friends!! Thank you!

I didnt want to change my locks to my office but I needed new locks. I was told to call this locksmith up because he was trust worth. I agree, he is very trust worthy. When we spoke , he suggested re-keying my locks, it was another alternative. I loved the idea and that he could do this for me. I hired him. He did the job in a timely manner, the price was right and he was very experienced in his job, which gave me all the confidence in the world and that makes him trust worthy. I recommend this locksmith to everyone.

these guys were great and very courteuos and very informative and very respectful. I would reccommend him to everyone. Oh, one other thing his rates are very reasonable and its awesome!!!

my grandmas home was so old. The locks and knobs were so old as well. After a recommendation from a friend, we gave this company a call. Next thing you know her home had brand new knobs/locks and keys. Their prices were great as well as their service.

I manage a medical clinic and I was very tired of keeping track of all the keys to all the doors we have in the building. If you can imagine, I was responsible for all the keys. I called up this local locksmith and spoke to him about my situation and see if he could help. Oh boy could he ever. He told me he would make me a master key, meaning one key fitting every lock to every door in the clinic. He came over the next day and did a fitting for a master key and then made me one at his shop.. Thank you so much for everything, you have made my life so much easier.

Horrible customer service. Called these guys when I locked my keys in the truck they said 20-30 minutes. Called someone else in the meantime and he said 30-45 so when I called back 911 told me "good luck" since I had someone coming already. Awesome response. Do yourself a favor and call Chipps from the get go.

Non existent. This is a bogus business. They are using Chipps Locksmith information on their site and also claim they are Chipps Locksmith on the phone. They use dispatchers,which we do not and most people know we are family owned and operated and do not have someone "call you back" to tell you when they will show up. Our vehicles and storefront are shown on their site (our site) because they do not exist. Please be carefull they quote a fee and then it costs ALOT more. Use a local honest locksmith for your best service.
