I will not back to this company again. They made me dissapointed; damage wheelchair...can not complaint because they never call me back...only asked me to wait...and wait...waste the time!
Please send my money back!! Poor customer service, poor products, poor medical store!!!
Bad company, avoid Progressive Mobility now and forever! Did not return my calls; arrived hours late!!
UDo not use this company unless you don't need something serviced. On 9/02/11 we purchased a stair glide for my 94 year old mother. When it malfunctioned on 9/11/12 we were told that they couldn't service it for a week! She totally relies on this stair glide. All employees that we dealt with were uncaring. Go somewhere else.
Helpful. My son got a powerwheelchair 3 years ago and were having trouble getting it in their minivan with a ramp. My son's condition is worse and my daughter-in law struggles getting it in/out. We all went to Progressive Mobility and they showed us some options one being a lift to lift the chair. They had a liftinstalled in one of their vans and we tried a powerchair. Can't believe the difference it's made in their lives. We highly recommend this company. They are very helpful and have a lot of options we will need in the future.
No.... We bought two wheel chairs from Progressive Mobility a month ago but the products are yet arrive to our address until now. The customer support just say that we must wait? Oh no...
Be careful. Be careful with this company. Their customer support was very poor when handled the issues. I've bought a scooter through them and it late delivered to my home. When I asked them, the customer support can not explained it.
Bad customer service.
Bad customer service. The wheel chair arrived in my home in damage condition. I called their office but they said the damage product was not their responsible. How can?
Please don't make any business with them! They were a cheater.
Customer is not #1. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary.
