This is pizza at its best. There's none of this measured-out, weighed and carefully placed look. This is not health food and makes no pretense to be. It's just good ingredients, lot of them and a great taste that's unique and immediately recognizable. I started eating Vincent's at Ardmore Blvd as a high scholl student in 1964. I always enjoyed watching the master at his craft. At Ardmore there were no pretenses, no atmosphere, and great pizza. The only change at the Plum site is the family atmosphere. Four decades later I live in South Carolina but make sure that I eat a Vinnie Pie every time I get to Pittsburgh. You go there for great pizza; you don't go for atmosphere. You go there for great pizza; you don't go there for cheap, two-for-one pizza. You go there for great pizza; you don't go there for health food. I raised my daughter right; any time she gets to Pittsburgh, she brings one back for her old dad.
Pros: THE BEST PIZZA YOU WILL EVER EAT!

Man, this is the greatest Pizza in the world. I just have to stop off for a Vinnie Pie every time I'm in Pittsburgh.
