Puglianos. We just had a banquet. there. Very disappointed in how we were treated and what was received. First of all the hor doeuvres ran out before our group got through the line. Small amounts of some items. The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible! I dont know if they didnt assign a bar tender to our banquet or he was too busy doing other duties, but he was rarely there. I would guess about 25% of the time we we able to find the bartender at the bar. Constantly had to wait at the bar for someone to finally show up. Many people were pissed off and left right after eating. They did not come to the tables a single time to give more water. By the time the dj finished there were only 6 people left. Drink prices are extremely high. If you want some good food, high drink prices, shitty service this is the place for you. I for one will never set foot inside there again!

Been here a lot and.... Staff is friendly and nice, but you think otherwise if you're there in the morning. On numerous occasions I have been there early for business meetings, and had to listen to the owner/boss consistently put down the staff, calling them stupid amongst other harsher things. Almost sickening the way he treats them. If it wasn't for the super friendly and knowledgeable staff, I most likely wouldn't go there.

Food: hit or miss. I guess it would depend on the cook. The food can take forever, even when it's slow.

Left over bread from the tables gets reused. Liquor bottles get refilled, not new bottles. Who know's how old some of the liquor at the bottom of the bottle is.

Banquets: I would never have one there. The food that is left over becomes the specials for the next day or two. Was also told that anything left on the cheese/lunch meat trays that is not eaten or used by the paying party, gets put on to another tray for the next persons banquet. So you might very well be getting some other people's leftovers.

Cleanliness: Is a nice clean place. Just avoid the bar bathrooms, completely revolting! Maybe stay away from ice. They don't have any "ice only" sanitary buckets. After to talking to a few other people I found out those same ice buckets get used to dump leftover drinks in, soups, cheese, and yes, even dirty grease.

Bottom line: 5stars for the service (who is constantly under unmeasurable scrutiny by the boss)

For the place as a whole 2-1/2stars (none if it wasn't for the waitstaff and bartenders)

Excellent food and service. I have eaten at Pugliano's often and had Private affairs catered there. Every occasion did not disappoint. The food was served hot, with great service, eye appeal and attention to detail. The prices were modest compared to their competitiors. Those who routinely dine at fine eateries like McD's, Dairy Queen or any local smorgasbord will not appreciate the ambiance, service or value... and probably will resist tipping the servers who do such a fine job. It's all worth it... really!

Bring money.... VERY over priced. The food's good, just not worth what they charge for it.

cheap owner. $$$$$ for "bar" food... recycled bread.... too smokey up front.. when they actually post a beer special, they either A. are out of that beer.. B. forgot to take the sign down or say that was last month. C change the poster from 20oz draft to read 16oz...

Great place for banquets. We have had two small banquets here (less than 80 people). Gary & Mike were extremely helpful both times in suggesting menus. We have alot of vegetarians in our family and they accomodated us in food choices. The staff at both events were wonderful and stayed on top of things as far as refills, special requests, etc.

I would recommend them 100%.

Two Bad. There are two restaurants here: the back room, and the front. The front is a grease pit with nasty food. The back room is a pretty nice restaurant with ok food, but hang on to your wallet 'cause its REAL EXPENSIVE - especially for what you get.
