Carpet looks great!.
We purchased our carpeting at Lowe's and they contracted Romano for the install.
We were installing new carpeting in order to put our house on the market, so we purchased the least expensive carpeting and padding. It still looks amazing and I'm slightly sad to list the house because it's so nice to have new carpeting!
The guys were friendly and did an extremely efficient job -- they even helped make a transition between laminate flooring and the carpeting look perfect (the laminate flooring was self-installed and we had a slightly uneven gap at the edge that we thought we had to live with).
If we need carpeting in the new house, I will use Lowe's again and see if we can specifically request Romano. They were really great and I am impressed!
I recently purchased carpeting from Lowe's and Romano's was the installer they used.
Romano's called me and set up the appointment for my installation two weeks earlier than I expected, I was thrilled! The installers were polite and courteous, did a great job and even vacuumed and cleaned up everything. I plan to carpet another bedroom and will definitely use Lowe's and Romano's again! They are a five star company in my book!!!
romano doesnt roll out the red carpet. Not customer focused, they seem more interested in having things their own way instead of providing excellent customer service, after all isn't that what I am paying for? They must be doing just fine if they can afford to shun business away the way they do. If I was Lowe's I would force them to bring their focus back to the customer or drop them as installers.
