Highly competent and reasonable. We've been taking our cars to these guys for years, and they have always seemed very reasonable and have done good work. One year, my old car had been in their shop far too often, and the owner told me that, while he enjoys my business, I should really get a newer, more reliable car, since I was wasting money on the old one. I don't think too many places care to make that kind of recommendation. It's a relatively clean and orderly shop, too, compared to many others, and they almost always get the work done when they say they will. I'm a little baffled by some of the other reviews, since they don't reflect our experience.
