My elderly aunt had just survived breast cancer and was enjoying her first weekend back home when her toilet lever broke. I called what we thought were honest plumbers. I met the plumber at my aunt's house and after looking at it for less than 2 minutes he announced that her toilet was beyond repair. I advised this fast talker that the toilet was only 2 months old. And after giving it some thought he announced that my aunts sewer pipe had a 'plumbing cancer' and that a sewer video inspection would determine how much we were looking at. I felt I was being taken for a ride. After I asked the guy to leave I had another plumber come out and replace a lever. I will be consulting with the state board about Jemco's practices. Stay away from them!
