Terrible unprofessional service. The manager/owner (whatever she claimed to be), was very rude and unprofessional. My wife went in to have some fake nails removed (they were put on someplace else). The woman grabbed a pair of nail clippers and literally started to rip them off of her fingers. My wife asked her to be gentle, she was in a lot of pain. The woman then said it was impossible for her to be feeling pain from this.

Even I, as a man who never had these things on my fingers before, have enough common sense to know that those things were glued to her original nails and the technique being employed would cause a lot of pain. She did not offer an apology or anything she simply waved her hand at us like we were flies buzzing around her face.

I strongly recommend you do not waste your time or money in this store.
