The Fox Chapel WaterWORKS Mall is a strip mall & I prefer the strip mall to the indoor amusements park styles, so I use it all the time. There are no kid friendly sitting area's in the pedestrian walkways, no teens hanging out, and no food court but real restaurants. It’s a grown up place to shop, dine or see a movie. My review is really of Citysearch's listing. The Fox Chapel WaterWORKS Mall is not on McKnight-Mare Rd but on a small strip of the City of Pittsburgh. Across the street is actually the city’s original water plant, hence the name "Waterworks". The Fox Chapel Waterworks is located on Freeport Rd between Aspinwall, Fox Chapel and Blawnox.
Pros: A store for just about everyone, not every designer boutique store known to woman.
Cons: Wallmart, no Target store.
