COMPLAINTS. THE COMMENTS MADE ON THIS THRIFT STORE IS A JOKE.....SOME OF YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN BUSINESS TO SEE HOW THINGS REALLY OPERATE. THIS PARTICULAR THRIFT STORE MOST OF THE THINGS ARE PURCHASED BY THE OWNER NOT DONATED.. AND THINGS THAT ARE DONATED IS A LOT OF CRAP, BUT THE CLIENTS ARE JUST AS BAD THEY BREAK THINGS AND PUT IT BACK LEAVE EVERYTHING A MESS DON'T PUT THINGS BACK WHERE THEY GET IT DO THEY LIVE LIKE THIS AT HOME. I KNOW THINGS COULD BE A LOT CLEANER AND SHOULD BE CLEANED BEFORE BEING PUT OUT ON THE SHELVES.. AND YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT PRICES, ALL THE THRIFT STORES HAVE GONE UP ON PRICES, ITS CHEAPER TO BUY AT KHOLS. NEW AND CHEAPER. SO PEOPLE SHOP AROUND AND KNOW THE FACTS BEFORE FORMING AN OPION. I USED TO OWN A THRIFT STORE AND DID A GREAT BUSINESS. BUT THE PUBLIC ARE THE ONES WHO ARE RUDE, SHOPLIFT AND SLOBS. SINCE SOME OF YOU HAVE SO MUCH TIME WHY DONT YOU VOLUNTEER YOUR SERVICES FOR A DAY OR 2 A WEEK..YOU MAY GET A BETTER OUTLOOK ON WHAT GOES ON.....BEHIND THE SCENE AND ON THE SPOT...
Parking Bad, Dirty, Overpriced. Toys are not complete, broken and overpriced. Complained about broken toys and will not take care of problem. Why do people donate BROKEN ITEMS! The public is wrong to donate broken items and owner is wrong to sell them. Other places are cleaner, cheaper and products are not broken and complete! As a thrift store, I do not recommend at all! There are other places in the city. Parking is TERRIBLE and store is DIRTY! Advice - Clean it up and watch what you sell.
Worst thrift store. I have to say this is the dirtiest thrift store I have been to. Low selection of merchandise and overpriced for a thrift store. Its not worth going to.
Disappointing Merchandise/Unfriendly Staff.
Not one of the better thrift shops in Pittsburgh. The space is fairly run down and somewhat dirty. The same could be said about a good bit of the merchandise. The unually over price housewares and furniture sit around too long and inevitably get broken or somehow damaged. As for clothing, the womens selection is much larger than the mens and seems to be of reasonable quality. The mens clothing is of much poorer quality for some reason.
There is a reasonable amount of parking but entering and exiting the parking lot can be tricking since inevitably you will have to turn across traffic and the narrow highway that the shop sits on is quite busy. You also have to cross a narrow bridge over a creek to get into the parking lot.
