DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Bought an artificial tree. When we opened the box there wasn't a stand. No big deal. Went back to Pool City. The salesman was kind, apologized and gave me a stand. That evening my husband and I proceeded to put together this tree only to find that they had given us mismatched tree parts. Some fit a 7 foot tree and some fit the 9 foot tree that we had originally purchased. Called management again. They can't seem to correct the problem, so the 800.00 purchase will go back to the store. I talked my husband out of ordering the tree from Frontgate. Big mistake.

Poor Service

very poor customer service from everyone. Unrfeliable follow up, slow delivery, pushy salespeople. would never buy anyting again from this group.
