SKIP THIS VALUE CITY, go ANYWHERE else instead.. We were pounced-upon as soon as we were in the door. It was ridiculous. Our sales guy Bill was obnoxious, pompous, & pretentious... trying to up-sell out of our budget, and name-dropping Pittsburgh sports celebrities to whom he has supposedly sold couches and of some local TV fame for himself. He even gave us the same speech about "you're here for two reasons, eye appeal and rear appeal" into "microfiber is just a fancy way of saying 100% polyester" with a bunch of fast-talking BS in between TWICE. He didn't realize that he had given us the same speech & introduced himself to us less than 10 minutes earlier. We had a couch in mind to purchase before that second meeting with Bill. Thankfully, it angered me enough to leave on the spot. We got a much better deal down the road at DFW anyway!
