When I read a couple of these reviews, I couldn't believe it was the same place!! The Pittsburgh Antique Shop dealers do work with the customers on price, etc. They are so friendly, and the shops
are really nice, with beautiful merchandise. You must go there for yourself;

Pittsburgh Antique Mall - bad customer service. Pittsburgh Antique Mall did not show up for their scheduled home appointment even after I called 2 hours before time to re-confirm the appointment, per their request, and was told they would call me five minutes before they arrived. They did not call to cancel the appointment either. When I called later, they were nonchalant about being rude and thoughtless. I was told they got stuck in traffic and did not have my phone number and did I want to reschedule. I had spent hours unpacking items for their review. I would not refer anyone to use this business.…
