This place is great!!!!. When I read a couple of these reviews, I couldn't believe it was the same place!! The Pittsburgh Antique Shop dealers do work with the customers on price, etc. They are so friendly, and the shops are really nice, with beautiful merchandise. You must go there for yourself;

I love this place, and see lots I would love to buy. I was sad when I saw the old place was closing, but it is better than ever! You definitely will be glad you came in.

Confusing the Public. The former Antique Mall is under new management ---the name is now PITTSBURGH ANTIQUE SHOPS and the phone number is 412-561-0144. The shops have never been out of business, we give great service, and resonable prices. Our staff is very attentive and helpful to ALL our customers. PITTSBURGH ANTIQUE MALL IS USING OUR ADDRESS AS THEIRS FRAUDULENTLY. PLEASE VISIT OUR LOCATION AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.

VERY overpriced and oveinflated prices. VERY overpriced and oveinflated prices. Dealers are not willing to work with you on the price, nor are they willing to help you contact dealers with questions. Just not worth anyones time.

Pittsburgh Antique Mall - bad customer service. Pittsburgh Antique Mall did not show up for their scheduled home appointment even after I called 2 hours before time to re-confirm the appointment, per their request, and was told they would call me five minutes before they arrived. They did not call to cancel the appointment either. When I called later, they were nonchalant about being rude and thoughtless. I was told they got stuck in traffic and did not have my phone number and did I want to reschedule. I had spent hours unpacking items for their review. I would not refer anyone to use this business.
