UNBELIEVABLY BAD. STAY AWAY!!!

I can't believe I have to give even one star to this place.Truth be told, it doesn't even deserve a pity star.
Be forwarned: You clothes will be late at best and lost at worst. Then, the completely ridiculous staff will try to make lame excuses that only serve to annoy.
There's no good explanation for Own Dry Cleaning's incompetence, and I can't BELIEVE I didn't read these reviews before wasting significant time, energy and money at this sinkhole trying to track down my dry cleaning. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL.

A scam!

This place doesn't clean your clothes, they just throw a clear plastic sheet over them and hand them back, wrinkles, stains and all. Mine even retained the scent of the perfume I was wearing when I turned them in. And, it's expensive: a linen dress-jacket is $11.39! Avoid this place at all costs. It should have gone out of business a long time ago!

Horrible Place

I went in to get a pair of pants fitted and the woman yelled at me the entire time. Literally. She yelled at me that I shouldn't have pants that don't fit and that she is not responsible if I don't like them. I dropped off my pants a month ago and have to to get them back. They claim to still not be done but I think they lost them. Why is this place still in business??????

Better than the garbage can (barely)

Go here if you really don't like your clothes that much and don't mind if you never see them again. The clothes they didn't destroy, they lost. It took three trips for them to finally admit to it. Instead , the first two times they gave me the runaround and just told me they "weren't ready."
