NOT Customer Oriented!. My husband and I ordered expensive stationary from this shop and was told the job would take six to eight weeks. To help expedite delivery, we opted to have our order delivered directly to our home address and paid for everything in advance, as per their store policy. Ten weeks later, after nothing had arrived, we called "You're Invited" to ask about our order. They told us they did not know anything and would get back to us. A few days pass with no call forthcoming so we called the shop again and we were told our order had been "misplaced" and that we would have to wait an additional six or so more weeks. Frustrated but feeling we had no recourse, we waited patiently for a delivery. After seven more weeks we called again to inquire about our order and we were told they would check on it and call us back. At this point, we were upset and told them they were not being proactive and needed to stay on top of this problem. Two days later there was a message on our voice mail telling us our order should be delivered within ten days. We finally did get the stationary but feel this shop's business ethic is poor at best and they are not aligned with true customer satisfaction.
