I love it here!

I have a one-bedroom apartment here in the 551 Larose Street building, and it's a great home. The radiator heat is excellent along with the endless hot water; both of these are included in the rent. This building just received brand new windows in the fall of 2006; it's very cozy in the winter! There is no central air in my building, but I used two, single-room window A/C units (one in the bedroom, one in the living room) and was very comfortable running them in "energy saver" mode. The bus stop is roughly 500 ft. from my building. They also offer a limited number of garages for an additional monthly fee.

Notable points about the management include:

- One time I missed my payment, but I only received a reminder call asking me to drop it in the mail that day.

- They let me negotiate a month-to-month payment because I needed to be here a little beyond my lease expiration. (They will let you pay month-to-month for three months before requiring you to sign a new lease.)

- They are very quick to return a call or reply to an e-mail.
