I went to a lot of stores. I went to a lot of stores checking out bikes.I ended up buying here. I was very pleased with my experience. The salesperson went out of his way to explain everything and fit me to the bike correctly. I bought at the Forbes Ave location.

My favorite shope for new stuff. I always go to this bike shop for new stuff. I've found them to be helpful and engaging, not snobby at all. Their prices are as good as any you'll find off the Internet. The techs in back are happy to help with problems, even when they don't lead to something they can charge for.

Another snobby bike shop.. Skip it. Don't even walk in. You've seen it time and time again. Bike snobs that don't care at all about the regular customer.

Horrible Customer Sevice - Very Rude!. I just moved to the Squirrel Hill area and took my bike here for a tune-up. I came to pick it up on the day I was told, and they still hadn't done any work on it. They told me to return later. When I did they still hadn't done anything and I was told to wait. They charged me an "arm and leg" for the "tune-up", when all that they really did was fill up the tires with air. When I returned home I noticed that they hadn't even bothered to but the valve caps back on the tires. I returned to the store for the valve caps and the owner nonchalantly handed them to me. I told him that I was very disappointed with their service and would never contemplate bringing my bike there again. He just looked at me and with a blank stare and did not even have the decency to apologize!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. THERE IS ANOTHER BIKE SHOP RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. GO THERE INSTEAD!
