:( Customer Service. I went to this Crazy Mocha location (Liberty Avenue) a couple of times. SOME of the staff do not know what customer service is. SOME of the staff do not say hi to me as a customer when taking my order. I always have to say hi to them first when they take my order. They seem very unfriendly. They also do not thank me for my business. Thanking customers for their business is what makes them come back to do business. I do not go to this location anymore.

Yum. Oh my goodness. If you live in Pittsburgh and you still haven't gone to Crazy Mocha, something is wrong with you. I hate coffee but I love this place, mainly their chai lattes. Sooooooooo yummy. The girls are great. New artwork is displayed often for the eyes and to buy. And, the Dreaming Ant is in the back if you wanna take a dvd home and relax with your happy belly. They have a free wireless connection which is nice, tables outside for the days when Pittsburgh has nice weather and it's in a great spot in Bloomfield. p.s. Kali is the best.

Sweet somethings, light and fluffy or rich and heavy.. The Scene
The room is large and inviting, with a warm, comfortable feeling. Having first opened as a coffee and dessert place, it has evolved to offer sandwiches and delicious soups.

The Food
The selection of coffees and teas is diverse, and made with care. The soups change on a regular basis, and are rich and flavorful. Sandwiches tend to run toward the Italian style, with excellent breads as a base for healthy sandwich fare.

If You Order One Thing
Many customers eat dinner elsewhere in the neighborhood, but come to El Dolce for dessert and coffee. There are cakes and pies, as well as some of the best Tiramisu available in the city. While the list changes daily, I have never had a dessert here that wasn't good, if not great.
