a very satisfied patient. For years I have been a patient at Dalmo Optical in Squirrel Hill as has my entire family. I find the staff to be very professional and accommodating. My son who lives in Seattle still uses the services of Dalmo for glasses and contacts. The prices are fair and the doctor is excellent.

Worst eye glasses experience ever. It's difficult to describe just how awful my experience here was. My first clue should have been when the doctor was giving me the exam, and said it's not possible to get everything clear when I kept telling him that things were still blurry. It got worse. Much worse. When my glasses came in, they had used the wrong prescription. They sent them back. TWO WEEKS LATER, the second pair arrived. Guess what? That's right: they were again the wrong prescription. They also wouldn't give me a refund, and the woman at the counter thought this was funny. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! DO NOT GO!
