Poor experience. Sure, the buying process was great. But future dealings were not good. Customer service was poor and they had a superior attitude. I called, asked about their policies. They said no problem, come on in. When I did, the story was different and I got a "Who did you talk with on the phone?" Hard to say since they don't use their names when answering the phone. Overall, a poor experience and I would not wish this type of experience on another person. They were rude to me and my family.
