Fabulous Experience!1. When I first saw the line on The Strip I thought I would go some where else for lunch. Then, my group changed my mind and I am thankful for it! Yes, the wait was about 20 minutes but the service and food made the wait worthwhile. The waitress answered all of our questions about Deluca's past and she knew her stuff! She suggested certain items on the menu and we were all pleased with the choices. The atmosphere is old school and of course the food is greasy...that's why we were there! Good old home cookin! We will be back.

NEVER AGAIN. Let me tell you that is was not a good dining experience. The service was bad and the food was pretty terrible. First off it was on Saturday and there was no choice but to wait in a line but I CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHY. They need MORE choices in THE STRIP. The menu looks like a coloring book for a three year old. I swear the food was drowned in grilled vegtables and oil. The waitress swayed us to certain menu items. If you like to be told what to eat, you would enjoy this dive. Otherwise go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Management could care less. November 14, 2009 and I have never had a worse experience at any Pittsbrugh restaurant. I'm not sure I would consider this dump a restaurant actually. Our waitress was inexperienced to say the least. She made a lot of mistakes she was unapologetic and rude about having to serve us. She ordered the wrong meal for my friend, and we then had to wait for long periods of time for our food to be delivered to us. The manager was no where to be found or afraid to talk to us. We asked for him a few times. The management at De Luca's has FORGOTTEN or NEVER KNEW customers' come first.

Horrible Experience. Took my sister who was in from Texas. She wanted to experience the Strip. The Strip was fine; De Luca's was not. The line wait was about 20 mintues and I don't know why. ALL THE FOOD was in a puddle of grease.

I was sick the rest of the day. The staff make you feel like a number. STAY AWAY

NEVER EAT HERE. Went to the strip to shop with our two young children this weekend. Heard all the hype about De Luca's. IT'S FALSE. STAY AWAY. The staff is terrible. Rude, unorganized and used inappropriate language when yelling at other waitresses and cooks. We LEFT. WON'T EVER GO BACK AGAIN.

The place is DIRTY. The coffee cup was splattered before they filled it. Service was TERRIBLE. Steeler Sunday and the experience ruined my morning. Food was just ok. Don't waste your money

BAD EXPERIENCE. THE WAIT STAFF IS AWFUL. THEY WERE YELLING AT GRILL COOKS AND CUSTOMERS. GRILL COOKS ARE SLOPPY AND THE FOOD IS SERVED THAT SAME WAY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Best Food in the Strip. ALWAYS have breakfast at DeLuca's when in Strip (every week). Stopped for lunch too - same good experience. FOOD IS EXCELLENT. Laidback atmosphere - I like it - CA native. Staff knows how to service customers.

FOOD IS OVER THE TOP. MUST EXPERIENCE. Right in the heart of the Strip. Food is plentiful and delicious. Breakfast is superior. Lunch is very good too. Service is friendly, and customer focused. Atmosphere is all Pittsburgh. Highly recommended.

BEST FOOD IN TOWN. I ALWAYS ENJOY THE FOOD THERE ALL THE TIME. EVERY TIME WE GO THERE WE A NEVER DISAPPOINTED. THE SERVICES IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD. THEY ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS. I WAS SICK WHEN I GOT THERE AND THE WAITRESS THAT I HAD (KIM) AN (ROB) WAS THERE THEY BOTH WERE A BIG HELP. I THANK THEM FOR THAT. THE OWNER IS FUN. HE IS ALWAYS MAKING DIFFERENT SOUND AND NOISES. I WILL ALWAYS ENJOY MYSELF WHEN ME AND MY FRIENDS GO THERE. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOURSELVES...........SEE YA SOON.
