The Scene – It wouldn't be far-fetched to imagine that as long as there have been restaurant polls in Pittsburgh, De Luca's has won for best breakfast. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Management could care less

November 14, 2009 and I have never had a worse experience at any Pittsbrugh restaurant. I'm not sure I would consider this dump a restaurant actually. Our waitress was inexperienced to say the least. She made a lot of mistakes she was unapologetic and rude about having to serve us. She ordered the wrong meal for my friend, and we then had to wait for long periods of time for our food to be delivered to us. The manager was no where to be found or afraid to talk to us. We asked for him a few times. The management at De Luca's has FORGOTTEN or NEVER KNEW customers' come first.

Horrible Experience

Took my sister who was in from Texas. She wanted to experience the Strip. The Strip was fine; De Luca's was not. The line wait was about 20 mintues and I don't know why. ALL THE FOOD was in a puddle of grease.
I was sick the rest of the day. The staff make you feel like a number. STAY AWAY

NEVER EAT HERE

Went to the strip to shop with our two young children this weekend. Heard all the hype about De Luca's. IT'S FALSE. STAY AWAY. The staff is terrible. Rude, unorganized and used inappropriate language when yelling at other waitresses and cooks. We LEFT. WON'T EVER GO BACK AGAIN.
