Sue, Kathy, Al May Jewelers -- just incredible people and incredible service! Creative! Sue worked with a jewelry artist to basically take my yellow gold engagement ring and a white gold ring with diamonds and mine and my husband's birthstones in it and took all these pieces and created one, gorgeous, chunky ring for my little chunky fingers! I just recently moved from Pittsburgh to New York and I am so proud to walk around with this piece of literal art work on my finger!!!! I love these ladies!! They are the best and I have a sister from Virginia that has latched on to them as well as friends and other family members still waiting for me to take them to Al May to meet "my girls"! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

Have been a customer for over 25 years. Have had exceptional service and value for purchase of precious stones to routine repairs as well as restoring and remodeling jewelry. Sue designed a striking pendant to be worn around the neck. She used an old 1.5" round gold charm,removed a figure from one side(brushed the surface) and engraved initials on the other highly polished side. Recommend them highly.

Wonderful Jeweler. I had a another great experience with Sue from Al May Jeweler.

She helped custom design a cross using some left over gold and stones from a bracelet/ring project. It is gorgeous and I receive tons of compliments each time I wear it.

I also had several pairs of heavy, dangly pierced earrings that I could not wear (because of their weight) refashioned into clip earrings.

Sue is so attentive and easy to work with regardless of a big or small purchase. And the prices, less than those of some of the other jewlers in the same building.

Beautiful jewelry at reasonable prices. I found Al May on the reference from a friend and have never gone anywhere else since for good jewelry at wholesale prices. The people are great, they repair anything quickly and reasonably, and what I love is you get a personal "wish list" card where you can write details about what jewelry you see there for your husband/boyfriend to have access to what You really want. I recommend Al May to all my friends.
