I had gone to Kinkos on Grant Street where I couldn't get any customer service and I did not have time to stand there and copy my brief myself. I felt that I was not a large corporation so they did not care if they had my went in to Minuteman Press on Smithfield Street which is a family run small print shop. The staff and owners were very helpful and friendly and did the work for me. It was not overly expensive, cheaper than Kinkos, in fact. I was very pleased and have continued to go there whenever I need printing or copying.
Pros: Very helpful and friendly
Cons: Parking Downtown can be hard
