Awesome. Best burger I've had yet! Good quality of meat. This is my favorite place to eat at Robinson Towne Center.

Disappointment. Burger is tasteless, lacks seasoning, and dry. I was very disappointed.

Great food. The food is good, very consistent. The fresh baked cookies you can order at the beginning of your meal to have at the end are delicious.

Not the "Friendliest place on Earth". I recently had a horrible experience at this restaurant. I waited for up to 2 hours to be seated with a group of my friends while other individuals came in and sat down within 30-45 minutes. The wait staff was great, but the hostess was just rude. Much unlike M&E's in ShadySide.
