Some people are never happy. Honestly I have been coming to this office for almost 15 years. I am not only an eyeglass patient but a contact lens wearer as well. I have never experienced any of those things at this office. I had a very extensive fitting process for my contacts in which I received many trials. Not only was the staff and doctor friendly, but they were helpful. I swear I saw them more than I saw my husband and kids ( sarcasm)! In the end they found the prescription that worked, what would be the point in them giving me my prescription with every trial pair I had received if it wasn't going to work? The point I am trying to make if you are looking for a good optometrist and don't like to complain you will do great with this office.

Awefull office staff. Have to fully agree with the last post. Office staff are horrible. Much different at the Holiday park office. I have asked and so has my Dr, to leave the Rx intact on trial contact lenses. Unfortunately I have had 2 opportunities to have to pick up lenses at the Rodi office, the last time my Dr called over to tell them to LEAVE the RX intact, as I was trialing more than 1 lens. Picked it up, the foil was intact, but the Rx was wiped out with a sharpie, contrary to MD order. Dr Brandy is wonderful, if your trying to find a good lens for both distance and close up. Go the the Holiday Park office, it's worth the drive. No stars for Rodi, 4.5 for Holiday Park.

If there was ever a recall on these lenses, I would have no way of knowing, as the lot numbers are removed, something to think about.
