Does not pawn, buy and sell 2nd hand, good parking, braddock area rundown.. I have been to Steel City Pawnbrokers Inc. they no longer pawn any items strictly buy and sell. This is a cause of a former pawn shop still allowed to keep the title. Though the staff is pretty friendly. The Braddock area is either turn down rundown or renovated. Parking is pretty good just lock door and club or use alarm if you have it. Shop inside looks like standard pawn setup, without the pawn.
