1st Commonwealth Of Pa Does Not Follow FDIC Laws!. If you are thinking about opening an account or are an existing account holder I highly suggest you take you money and run to another bank.

They allowed an authorized 3rd party to access my account causing overdrafts which they paid against my permission. As of 8-2010 banks must have your signature to allow overdrafts. This bank did not follow the law. When I inquired I was told that I was exempt from the law. This is a rediculious lie. The bank also added axtra fees and charges on my "No Minimum Balance" account. These fees are unpublished and were never explained to me. They just made up odd amounts and took it out of my account.

This bank is a VERY BAD BANK!

If you have also been victimized by this bank you need to also file a complaint with the FDIC CPA.
