No good at all!

This florist was HORRIBLE. I used this florist because it was close to my home and because I didn't have any good or bad recommendations for any florists. I went there to order a corsage for my date to homecoming and I picked out what seemed to be a perfect corsage from a catalog sitting on the main desk. I ordered it well in advance so they had plenty of time to get it right. A week later when I arrived to pick it up, the corsage they gave me was completely different from the one I had ordered. It was different colors, different flowers, and a different arrangement. The owner of the store then refused to give me my money back and insisted that this was what I ordered. It didn't match my or my date's clothes either to the point where I had to go to Potomac Florist and buy a completly new corsage (by the way, Potomac Florist was wonderful, definitely use them instead). The owner was SO RUDE and argued that this was what I ordered and, in not so many words, told me I was an idiot, this is what I wanted, and it would be fine, which is absolutely wasn't. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!
