Tierra did my hair on my wedding day along with a bridesmaid. We arrived early to make sure we didn't rush our stylist to get us out on time. We both wanted loose romantic styles, which Tierra did perfectly without us even having pictures for her as examples. We both have natural straight fine hair and our curls and pins held all through the day and night! The hour long wedding ceremony was outside and very windy. I was so excited to see our hair still looked great since pictures were to come right after. Maria did my mother-in-law's hair, her hair is short and naturally wavy. Maria did a beautiful blow-out on her leaving it smooth and loosely curled. I would highly recommend this salon as a destination for bridal hair for any age group. Tierra also does beautiful make-up!
Love it here. Kate is the best!! I have gone to her for 2 years now. The best cut, color and highlights ever!!! The bonus is they do everything here-one stop shopping. When you're finished pampering yourself you can grab a new outfit. I love that its in the city, just park in the garage - walk the skywalk and you're there!

Thank you so much for your feedback on your wife's visit with us. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we can improve our customer service. We take great pride in our customer service, and it is apparent that we fell extremely short of not only your expectations, but ours as well. I understand that some people are more comfortable with the anonymity of the internet to air such problems, but it is always best to contact the management personally so that the situation can be rectified. We have over 25 employee's who are hard working and fantastic at what they do, and to paint them with the same brush as those you were unhappy with is unfortunate. We sincerely apologize that your wife's birthday visit with us was so unsatisfactory. This is TOTALLY unacceptable, and I am so glad you informed me of this so that this type of poor customer service doesn't EVER happen again in the future.

Don't waste your time or money here!!!. Avoid this nuthouse! Sheer Incompetence - including the mgt. As a gift for her birthday, I booked several services given other reviews here. The first issue was when we tried to enter Macys from the garage at 9:30 am for a 9:45 appt. No one told us that Macy's does not open until 10am, nor did they tell another woman waiting to enter Macy's for her 9:30 appt. So she was late already. I noticed employees entering a side door at street level. So we entered there also. Since we arrived early for our appt, we were still on time. When I mentioned our issue to the receptionists, they said "we probably should have told you that". (I guess). So I again reminded the staff that it was my wife's birthday and this was a surprise gift for her. They asked us to have a seat as the person scheduled to perform the services had not arrived as yet. Now.... their website specifically states that "customers' should be on time so no others have to wait". Again we arrived 5 minutes early. At 10:10 (25 minutes late, the staff member arrived. They called her 3 times on the phone (in front of us). We should have left then. After she argued with the receptionists about not being notified of the appt. she went in to do the first scheduled service (pedicure), again 25 minutes late. After finishing, she took my wife to the next station for "Spa Manicure". She was interrupted for several minutes as someone came by to ask what she wanted to order for lunch. She then started the manicure. About 10 minutes into it another person came by and "scolded" her for "stealing" her customer (my wife). This caused our person to become visibly upset and she left her station and began crying - leaving my wife alone. She returned and was interrupted again by someone else who then stated she was scheduled do my wife's facial. At that point, the staff person still rattled stated she would only be a few minutes more!!! (Remember, she had just started the manicure)....so now she began to rush it. She then left my wife alone again telling to keep her nails under the dryer. My wife was now completing the service herself. Several minutes later, she walked past and my wife asked if she was done...since her nails were not done and (already chipping!) She took a quick look at them and told her to dry them again! After several more minutes, she returned to take my to get her facial done. When they went to that station, that staff member was now angry and sarcastically stated "she did not have the time now to do the facial". At that point, my wife was visible upset and was pretty much fed-up with the sheer level of incompetence. So she went to the receptionist who said she was sorry and stated this was not normally how they treat customers........(I would not bet on that). Then, asked my wife to pay for these 2 services!!!!! She had enough and so she paid. (They were quite fortunate that I was not present at that time). She then told my wife that when she rescheduled her facial, they would give her a discount. Gee......how dumb was that? Really? As if we would ever return. So, if you folks want to be treated as incompetently as my wife was (on her Birthday), feel free to schedule your services with these dimwits. We were also told that the manager was aware of what was occurring but chose to ignore it by two other staff members who were "hawking" their services in Macys that we ran into later that day.... That really should tell you folks reading this all you need to know about this company...how many other women do you think my wife has told about her experience - alot. Since I teach workshops across this region to very large groups including at universities. Anyone want to guess which organization I am currently "targeting" in these presentations? My advice -avoid "Premier" Their name is even an oxymoron!!!

Dallas for make-up, whatever your age. In town for my son's wedding and the celebration of my mother's 90th birthday, I could never ask for more than Dallas's artistry, professionalism, and kindness. He listened and creatively adjusted his beauty contestant experience to women 60-something and far beyond. I felt wonderful walking down the aisle that evening, and my mother's after-Dallas beauty took my breath and brought tears to my eyes. I treasure the pictures! Beware, however. All make-up artists are not equal, even in this well-known salon.

I called the salon and booked an appointment with Kate for my nails……we became fast friends she is FABULOUS!!!!!!!! She does my nails and waxing she is the absolute best. Then she suggested I use Ellen for my facial…..all I can say is I was in HEAVEN……then after my last stylist messed up my hair she suggested Toni….well, the front desk messed up my booking (she will remain nameless here…she has redeemed herself) and a stylist name Lauren (sorry Lauren if I spelled your name wrong) said she could do my hair. Of course, I was skeptical because I did not think she could do black hair. Well, let me tell you white chocolate did her thang…….and can I say I’ve gotten more compliments on my hair since I’ve been here and my hair is bouncy and soft to the touch….Sorry Toni, I’m keeping white chocolate on my hair because she did her thang!!!!!!!
I love the shop and the people I’ve met, through Kate are just wonderful!!!! Ladies, I’ve done nothing but suggest to my friends here the place to go and who to ask for…….Now Lauren is on my lips…….you rock sistah!!!!!!!
Diana......An Awesome Hair Stylist. I just moved back to Pittsburgh and I tried a few hair stylists over the past few months. I am very particular about my hair. Diana was recommended to me by the manager. I have had tons of compliments on my style and especially the hair color. She took her time and got the color perfect! Thanks. You did a great job!!
Lan is the Best....especially for women of color.
I have trusted Lan with waxing my eyebrows for a little over 1 year now. Before Lan, there was another woman that I allowed to wax my brows at Ecotage and I ended up getting bumbs all on my face. I switched to Lan and haven't seen any bumps.
Also, I just had my first facial with Lan. I opted for the Express Facial because I was going on my lunch break...IT WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I'm sad that I had to go to back work!
All in all, Lan has a wonderful personality, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable, she is vary knowledgeable about different skin types...like African American skin...and I trust her with keeping me beautiful. I will continue to see her and recommend her to everyone.
Ellen Slesinger = Amazing hands. I cannot believe how wonderful my face feels! I treated myself to a facial today and I'm already planning my next one. Ellen has a great personality and seemed like she really cared about her clients. A true professional in every sense - plus her technique is unparalleled. I HIGHLY recommend this esthetician if you want to have beautiful glowing skin.
Best facial I've ever had!. Ellen's facials are awesome! My skin looked and felt incredible afterwards. A truly wonderful spa experience. And her knowledge of skin care and product lines is vast and educational. I highly recommend getting a facial from Ellen! I'll be back!
