Horrible. The worst service we ever had! The server was even worse than the service! She was very annoyed when the 6 of us were talking amongst ourselves and she had to interrupt us to read the specials. She had an attitude of ignorance and arrogance having zero customer service skills. She had no personality and didn't have enough skill to work at Eat-N-Park. Food was average. Couldn't tell you how the dessert was because I don't know if they have any (server never brought a dessert tray or offered to recite a dessert menu. I guess that's fine because she would have delivered it with an attitude anyhow. Next time I'll spend my $350 somewhere that appreciates their guests. Would not recommend and would never go back. Kelly was our server and should get a job at the department of motor vehicles, where she could display her horrendous customer service skills.

A Ross Street stalwart, this place has always been successful.. The Scene
The space is filled with dark wood contrasting the white tablecloths, the only stark visual in the place. There is a bar and dining area on the first floor, plus two dining rooms on the second floor, available for private parties and meetings. A comfortable layout. The clientele at the Common Plea changes considerably between lunch and dinner. At lunch, it's an inviting and clubby place, filled with attorneys and judges who work across the street in the courthouse. At dinner, the space transforms into a chic dining spot for well-heeled couples and groups of friends.

The Food
Dinners begin with antipasto and marinated vegetables and delicious, warm in-house bread. Entrees run towards fresh fish and pasta, but there are also very nice meat dishes including butterflied, sauteed veal chop with arugula, onions and chopped tomatoes. The seafood platter is a popular choice as is the veal capricosa.
