Quick, Affordable Company!. Thanks to Full Service Network for being able to provide affordable phone/internet service. Anytime I have had a problem with my internet service I was able to call up the repair department and get help in a timely manner. The most wonderful thing about the company is I can speak to a representative who speaks English well. I don't need to call another country and get put on hold for hours at a time. I have recommended this company to family, and friends who also enjoy their service as well.

Excelent Customer Service!. I have done alot of research to find a better price and customer service then the larger more well known service providers that I have been used to in the past. I now have Full Service Network (Local Company) and have had service with them for awhile now, using internet and phone. I decided to write this review after an experience with one of their customer service reps. They were very helpful and assisted me setting up a new wireless router that I have purchased. They walked me through step by step and before I knew it I had my lap top outside on the front porch enjoying the nice weather we have been having! Once again I have been impressed by the serivce received by this Company......I would recommend this company to a friend or family member.

Cheap and Reliable. I only have internet since I no longer keep a home phone and Full Service Network has the cheapest price around for DSL. With FiOS not available yet and cable internet being outrageously expensive (not to mention the horrible customer service at Comcast) DSL is my only viable option and I've always been pleased with the service from Full Service Network. Their offices are all local to Pittsburgh and the customer service reps are so friendly. It's nice to only deal with a small team of service reps who actually work on your problem for you instead of being handled by some huge call center where everyone is just reading from a script. Sure, it's just DSL service, but these days we rely pretty heavily on our internet service so having a provider that makes sure it's running smoothly for me at a reasonable price is important. Why pay more to Verizon for the same thing with crappy customer service when you can get the same product from Full Service Network for less money AND get better customer service. Just seems like a no-brainer to me.

Affordable, Personable and Dependable. I'm not sure I could be looking for anything more from my phone and internet provider.

I've shopped around and I can't find better pricing. While you might find "special" pricing, there always seems to be a catch with the other companies. In the long run, staying with Full Service Network has paid off, quite literally.

Regardless of my needs, when I call them, I know my questions will be answered and my concerns will be addressed. Not only can I count on my service with them, but I can count on their customer service and repair department when I need them.

I wish I could say the same things about my other service providers, but I can't. That's just what makes Full Service Network so special.

Great Service at Great Price. I have been using Full Service for my phone and internet for years. The service works great for everything I need. If I have any trouble at all I know I can speak with a real person who speaks English. The pricing cannot be beat and you do not get roped into "special pricing" that ends up being not so special after a year. Definitely recommend this company.

Fast and Friendly. I have been using this service for years and its been great. My voicemails drop it my email and it helps me consolidate my telephone needs. Calling into them is always easy and I can talk to the same person each time if needed. My whole family uses their service and the experience has been a good one.

Unauthorized credit card charges!. The absolute worse experience and example of credit card fraud, never thought I would see this in PITTSBURGH.

I contacted FULL SERVICE NETWORK recently. Initially I agreed to services but when the attendant (tom) attempted to charge my credit card, I was told it was declined and instructed to contact my credit card company to approve charges and that he would call me back in 20 minutes. I took that as a red flag because when my card is ever declined, its a red flag that the company has a history of fraudulent activity. I ended the call and was relieved only to receive a voice mail message 20 minutes later from the attendant tom that his supervisor had got my card to go through so they took it upon themselves to illegally charge my credit card. I called my CC company and disputed the charges, called toms supervisor back and left a message on his phone only to have Tom call me back to tell me the charges was removed. This morning i contacted my CC company again because I have 2! temporary transactions from FULL SERVICE NETWORK. I called them today and spoke to a supervisor and he tells me that they only charged me once and a credit was issued.........I'm reporting this firm to the attorney generals office and to the local TV stations if they don't do the right thing. I'm retired and my best friends are lawyers and judges in Allegheny County Pittsburgh, so it will be my duty and obligation to end this behavior..
