STAY AWAY. I read all the reviews about bad service but said to my self "maybe it was just people who have an ax to grind". Well, those people are right. ALL Brand had my fancy TV for a few days, no call. So I called 4 days later and asked the status. They said the techician would be looking at it soon. OK, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called back three days later and was told "we are behind, sorry. He will look at it today, and I will give you a call tomorrow with the status". No call. Now we are up to a eight days. Called back four days later (two days were a weekend) and told. "Sorry, we are runnng 12 days behind". Then way didn't you say that when you took my TV? DO NOT USE THEM. They ask for a credit card even before they touch your TV. Did I mention I got quoted two different prices over the phone?Something about my zip code. RUN AWAY! They will NEVER see me again. Anyone BUT ALL BRAND ELECTRONICS should be your starting point.

DONT GO HERE. This company was referred by the manufacturer they should be ashamed they have people like this representing them.I called on a Friday june 10th for service on my 42" TV They said they could not come out until june 17th I said thats ok I can bring it to your shop They said They DONT HAVE ONE.This should have been the first RED Flag,But I wen along with waiting 7 days for service.They have been at my house 5 times since 6/17/11 could not fix my TV on on 7/21/11 they took my TV To there undisclosed location and I have not heard from them since I have called over 22 times with No retun phone calls.This has been a absolute NIGHTMARE.Stay away from this company they are thieves

Outstanding TV and Stereo Repair. These guys really know wha they're doing! NEstled behind the building, they work away at repairing stereos and televisions quickly and with great knowledge. I have taken several pieces there over the years, and all have been fixed within a week to my complete satisfaction. Whatever electronic item you have, don't replace -- take it to these guys, save your money, and keep more junk from entering the waste stream

tv repair. This place is amazing, a friend told me abou aAll Brand Electronics up in SqHill. I took over a PS2 console. The guys name was Simon. He fixed my kids game console within 4days and my kid wasa up an playing his games he was happy this place is great!!!

Electronic Repairs. I have been dealing with this place for awhile,and they are the best repair shop i seen .Quick fast service with a reasonable price ,I will continue to come here if i have a problem with my electronics

RUDE, ARROGANT AND VERY IGNORANT PEOPLE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. CALL THIS SO CALLED "PLACE OF BUSINESS" AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY TELEVISION REPAIRED...THEY TELL ME THEY WILL BE AT MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY...SO THE MORNING OF I CALL THEM UP TO SEE APPROXIMATELY WHAT TIME THE REPAIR PEOPLE WILL BE COMING...THE GUY TELLS ME HE FORGOT TO SCHEDULE ME IN AND THEY WILL NOT BE COMING TODAY AND THAT I HAVE TO WAIT ONE WEEK BEFORE THEY COULD GIVE ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT...I THEN ASK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND I AM RUDELY TOLD THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THAT THEY ARE ONLY HUMAN BEINGS...SO I SAID I OWN A BUSINESS MYSELF AND I WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO MY COSTUMERS THE WAY HE SPOKE TO ME "ESPECIALLY WHEN THE COSTUMER IS RIGHT AND THEY ARE AT FAULT!!!!!" HE THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME...SO UNPROFESSONAL!!!! DON'T KNOW HOW THIS PLACE EVEN STAYS IN BUSINESS WITH ALL THESE TERRIBLE REVIEWS...I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST...THAT WAS THE ONLY MISTAKE I MADE...THIS WAY I WOULD HAVE NEVER CALLED THIS PLACE!!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! HOW RUDE!!!!

Horriable Customer Service. This company took my Samsung 52"TV in For service 12/28/2010.I have not Received a single phone call since they have brought it into there store I have called five tiimes Finally Today I got a human on the phone he acted like I was bothering Him When I asked about my TV Thats been there for 7 weeks and still is not fixed.He cannot speak english very well so its hard to understand him,But I did understand him when he told me if I have a problem just come get my TV.He told me the parts still did not come in.I asked for the part number I called another shop and they have the part in stock,I have no idea why this company will not fix my TV and then lied about the parts,But I will NEVER Go back.
