don"t know how to treat their customers.
This company has poor customer service and are very rude.i went in to cancel my account three times and it could not be done untill the last very minute. it was like they were waiting for me to forget to keep charging my account. I went in on the 28th of the month and they made me wait the three days and come in the next month, then continued to give me the third degree about why i was cancelling. they do not have any idea how to treat thier customers, no wonder why people dont go back and find better service and tanning elsewhere for cheaper. as a retail manager i do not suggest this place to anyone. keep loooking for a better tanning salon, i did.

I cancelled my membership with a doctor's excuse. They then denied my cancellation without notifying me and continued to bill my credit card. You have to HAVE SKIN CANCER to cancel - just having a doctor claim you are at increased risk to develop skin cancer is NOT ENOUGH TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT.
