Terrible - First and Last Time Using Owen's Squirrel Hill. This has been the most unprofessional dry cleaner I have ever used. I dropped my clothes (several shirts) off on a Saturday and was told they would be ready the following Friday. This seemed like quite a while for shirt laundry, but I wasn't in a rush so left my clothes. I returned to Owen's the following Saturday, expecting the shirts would be ready and waiting. The girl working told me that my shirts were not ready, she didn't know when they would be ready, and that they were "only sending trucks a few times a week due to the bad economy". I finally received a call from Owen's the next Wednesday telling me my shirts were ready - a full week and a half after I had dropped them off. When I went back to pick up my shirts I requested that I be given a discount for the excessive wait, and the person working literally laughed at me and charged me the full price. To top it off, the shirts came back dirty - with strange red marks on my white shirt.
