Very Bad Apartment, Full of mices, not healthy for families, they take more than 50% of the deposits for fake reasons, completely don't recommend it

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Please, for your own good, avoiding living in apartments owned and managed by Zytnick Realty.

They prey on college students and do not take them seriously, despite the fact that these tenants are paying an incredibly high price to live in the crapholes they call apartments.

Do yourself a favor and don't rent from them.

awful slumlords. Just plain awful landlords. The staff is rude and inappropriate at times. If you don't renew your lease they will just show up and try to show your place at 8 am without asking you ahead of time (you could be inside sleeping)! The other tenants in the building were unclean and there was a constant bad odor problem that was never addressed. The washer/dryers never worked.

Great Place to LIVE. I lived at Hidden Pines in a what is considered a Large One bedroom. Really its not...It is a 2 bedroom for a price of a one bedroom. The apartment has a living room that is almost 40 feet long. I couldn't believe the apartment was only $550 plus gas and electric when I looked at the place. At first I looked in squirrel hill and shady side BUT found the rents to be ridiculously high and i didn't get as many amenities like a dishwasher and patio. Great place to live I would recommend it to anyone!

I hate Zytnick. They are the worst and REAL LANDLORD, I have ever seen. The staff is mean, unhelpful, and always rude. The tenant upstairs is never gonna to stop party no matter how to complain. And .............

The worst Management. The mangement does not care the tenents.

The complaints are not recieved with care.

Lot of disturbance from the upsatir apartments.

This would never get settled with peace.

great place to live. i live in their bethel park apartment buildings and love it here! the property is extrememly well maintained and taken care of! The amenities are great and always fubctioning or immediately repaired. I have absolutely no complaints! The landlord is great and management and maintenance is very easy to deal with! Great company to deal with! Highly recommended!

Worst. Realtor. Ever.. Please please please do not rent from Zynick Realty. Properties are extremely unkept. Beset with insects. Fire/building codes are years out of date and pose definite hazards. Owners/property managers are extremely rude and will invade your privacy without even the simplest notification. On-site ammenities are rarely operable. BIG MISTAKE!
