Great customer service. I ordered several puzzles for my elderly parents on line. I received a phone call that an error had been made in the shipping. They corrected the error with absolutely no expense or hassle to me. They were very apologetic and quickly made the order right. Customer Service is alive and well in Pittsburgh!!! My next order will be from this website and if in Pittsburgh,I would love to visit.

Biggest selection of Jigsaw Puzzles I've ever seen from coast to coast; lots of games I've never heard of before.. Pro: selection, selection.. staff knows the games & friendly (if you ask for help)

Cons: parking, poor lighting, so much product stuffed into a smallish space it's hard to move around
