Great Bar. This is a great bar for students and locals. The drink prices are good and the food is awesome. The cheeseburger and fries are cheap and probably better than five guys. Bill the bartender is the best bartender around. He is the nicest person ever. I would highly recommend grabbing some beers and some food at this simple bar.

Solid local dive bar. Nothing fancy about this one, but the prices are good. Good place for an afternoon beer and sandwich.

Known to locals as the "Squirrel Cage," this cafe serves as an informal town hall for this upper-middle class, chiefly Jewish neighborhood.. The Scene
The stools and tables are likely to be crowded any night of the week with regulars discussing politics, students arguing philosophy and blue-collar workers relaxing with bottles of ice cold Iron City from the bar, while Patsy Cline belts from the jukebox. Also engaging is the bartender's struggle with the hand-powered, turn-of-the-century dumbwaiter.

Hank Williams Sr., Smashing Pumpkins, the "Grosse Point Blank" soundtrack, Madonna, Blondie, Elvis Costello, Rolling Stones, Tom Waits, Freedie Johnston, the Beatles, the Clash, jazzman John Coltrane and bluegrass legend Bill Monroe.

Great drink specials and several coolers stocked with great import and microbrews help wash down the home-cooked food.
