BAD BAD BUSINESS.
The lady who answers the phone is rude as she can be. You feel like you are there to beg them to do their business. i bought 2 sewing machine from them. 1 month later, there was a problem with the machine, i took the machine to them, she told me, it is timing problem, it is not under warranty. Okay. 3 days later it will be done., she said. but after 1 month it still was not done. because they have got real busy, they ignored my sewing machine. That's what she told me. May be 1 week later it would be done. ..if i am not happy i could go there and pick up my unfixed sewing machine...
Perfect Business understanding. Promising 3 days, ignoring 1 month, telling the customer how they put many other jobs in front of you...and asking you to come pick it up.... i know it sounds i did do something real bad to them. yes it was being their customer.
