Unfriendly toward African Americans.
I was eating there with a co-worker of mine. She is white and I am African American. The gentleman was very talkative and engaging towards her and seemed to give me an attitude. It's almost like he did not want African Americans eating there. I spoke to another African American and he felt the same way.

Best Indian Food You Will Ever Have!.
This is the best indian food ive ever tasted period.
Nothing can compare to how good the food is in this restaurant. The Service is the best, they make you feel like your at home. The food is so tasty. You get a good variety of food from which you can choose from and the food is always fresh. They improved the look from inside and it feels like im sitting in india. I feel so comfortable in this restaurant and i always come here to eat atleast 2 times a week.
I recommend: Chicken Tika Masala, Palak Paneer, and Bangan Bharta.
They have the best Samosas and there gulab jamun is so tasty. I also recommend the chai(tea)
My favorite in Pittsburgh.!

Great Indian food!!!.
I'm a visitor to the area, so I went there without knowing much about it. It was some of the best Indian food I've had! I highly recommend the Chana Masala and the dal soup. Mmmm. The decor is a bit cheesy, but the food is well worth it.

A zone of quiet on the busy Fifth Avenue corridor in Oakland..
The Scene
But for the Indian music in the background, there is only the sound of silverware and glasses. Service is swift by any standards, and waiters are willing to answer questions and make suggestions. During the school year, it is usually busy at lunchtime, which is great, as the buffet food is always fresh and hot, not re-heated in the steam tables.
The Food
The Prince is one of the better Indian restaurants in the area. The menu is standard Indian fare, but the food is well-spiced without burning one up. At lunch, there is a buffet, with a large number of choices for both meat eaters and vegetarians. At a recent visit, there were pakoras, tandoori chicken, chicken korma, a mixed vegetable dish, Aloo Gobhi, plus many other main dishes. This was in addition to a mixed salad, nan (Indian bread), and assorted chutneys and rice. Dinner offers a large and diverse menu. The biryanis here are excellent which is a mixed rice dish served with meat and vegetables. Another standout is the selection of Korma dishes, where fresh cream is added to sauces for a rich flavor. Try the nans, a raised bread available plain or with toppings of onion or garlic.
