Age friendly atmosphere. The waitress was a little brusque but the service was good. It was also a little loud to talk. Went there with a "middle aged" crowd and most of the staff and the patrons were very friendly. Also, the service was pretty fast and the food was good. (Try the spinich/asparagus dip) The pitta chips they serve it with are okay but I think it would be killer with a nice brown or multigrain bread.

With its three-sided bar and wood paneling everywhere, Peter's Pub has a certain "Cheers" feel to it.. The Scene
After getting carded, walk through and see the bar right in front of you. Chest-high tables and stools line the wall to your right. To your left is the "restaurant" area of the bar, where groups of pals surround tables full of bottles and pint glasses.

Who's There
Unfriendly but competent bartenders, Panther jocks of various sports (with strong representation of the wrestling contingent), a man-to-woman ratio of about four to one.

Music
There's a DJ and a dance floor upstairs, playing all your latest campus-trend tunes. Before the DJ goes on duty, the bartender chooses the music. Slip him a fiver and maybe he could put it on 3WS. If that's your sort of thing, that is.

Hook Up at Peters. I used to go to Peter's everyday for two years. I became a total barfly because of this place. I used to stop in between classes for shots of Blackhaus. That's the kind of place this is...

Beware of really good looking bartenders and the Long Island Ice Teas.

Once, I threw up in my mouth and decided I'd rather stay at Peter's then go home and brush my teeth. I have complete admiration for this place. It made me who I am today.
