Cheap and very busy.. Went here after going to the Carnegie Museum. Slow service but our food was great and under $20 with tip for both of us. Recommended.

Good carry-out if you know what to order- terrible service. Lulu's is convenient, reasonably-priced and quick (theoretically), and has a handful of good menu options. I go there frequently and have had good servers, but 2 out of 3 times or so the service is incredibly slow and/or the waitresses are rude. The last time I went in was between lunch and dinner and there weren't many people there. I stood waiting to be seated until the girl folding napkins looked at me then ignored me. I took a seat and waited 20 minutes until my friend arrived with no service, then when my friend asked for menus she scolded us for sitting. She ignored us intentionally even though she wouldn't seat us to begin with! I like some of the food and the price is right, but I really wish they would get some better servers.

Ok food horrible service. Lulus is definitely a good cheap eat but please they need to get some new hostesses and waitresses their service was horrible and I have gone in more than once and have been rudely dismissed by certain servers and have also been obviously talked about by the servers on my most recent visit. Lulus get some new help! I don't know if ill be back seeing how these incidents just are not stopping

One size fits all. You would do better to go to Trader Joes, but a bottle of prepared sauce, and stir fry dinner at home. Everything seems to be made from one of 3 sauces, with a little something different thrown in. The Pho is not anything like pho. The Kung Pao chicken taste like soy sauce, cornstarch and a hot red chili served over innocuous stir fried veggies. The scallion pancake? a flour tortilla with sliced scallions.. However, unlike other reviewers,' experiences, our service was fine. But we won't be back to see if the uptick in service is a trend that holds true.

nice decor, avg food, bad service. I tried Lu Lu's noodle 2 times and I gave up. The food is just ok. The basil chicken tasted hard and not fresh. The other food are ok. But the worst is the staff at the counter. I order once "to go". Even when I were standing there to pay and there were no customer before me, they completely ignored me. I thought they were busy, so I waited for a while and asked them if I could order. The lady with full make-up gave me a look as if I bothered her and she was very abrupt and I had to wait for her again just to get the change back. After that event, I never go again. My friends also told me that they have poor service especially for Asians customer. Just FYI. You judge it for yourself.
