Pittsburgh's signature sandwich shop.. The Scene
This 24/7 landmark is where you'll find all the native clubgoers before they hit the party scene and the night owls who hit it after hours. The service is efficient and friendly, reflective of the town they truly represent.

The Menu
The Primanti way of making a sandwich may not be famous worldwide, but it's certainly known citywide. Served on wax paper, meat, french fries, tomato, and coleslaw are stuffed between two slices of Italian bread. The beauty lies in the simplicity. They call it a sandwich, but it goes down like a meal. The cheese steak, which is actually a burger, not shaved steak, is listed as "the No. 2 favorite." What's No.1? "Beer," said a cook incredulously. Vegetarian? How about a triple grilled cheese? The hot sausage, bratwurst and egg sandwiches are also great craving killers.
