The Scene
Located above the Phantom of the Attic, the small store looks like a bedroom from the early 80's, when metal rocked. The music is loud and the staff ignores you, a true music store.
Decor
The store, stuffed to the limit, is a hodge-podge mix of a collection and wares for sale. Behind the T-shirts and nickel-plated bullet belts is a wall papered with posters of some familiar artists and artists known only to those in the underground scene. Next to the Ozzy Osbourne cut-out is a poster of a young Metallica, with drummer Lars Ulrich looking particularly carefree.
The Wares
The Ozzy cut-out is the only thing that's not for sale in this store. The store has a respectable collection of underground CDs and vinyl and magazines like Revolver, Punk Planet, and Rolling Stone. New York Dolls, Angie Stone, and Eminem share strange company in the "Posters for Sale" section, and hardcore fans can purchase live show "import" videotapes.
