HAD SEVERAL GREAT EXPERIENCES!!!. Having just read the last review, I felt the need to express my family's experiences with Interim. My mother, aunt and nephew (age 7) have all had wonderful experiences with Interim. Mom needed Home Health Care (RN and PT). Aunt J had an aide to help her bathe, dress, clean and get her breakfast and lunch. A.J. is on a ventilator at home and needs nurses to care for him. In every case, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Aunt J paid for her services herself and found them to be very competitvely priced!!

hhc4me, I have to wonder if you might be a competitor attempting to smear Interim's reputation...?

Who do you want to care for your loved ones?. The nurse aid staff assigned to meet our needs has been substandard at best. The aids where untrained, lazy and unreliable. When I brought my concerns to the attention of an Interim supervisor, I was told to find another agency. Is that a compassionate reply from a so-called healthcare provider?
