M&B is a great hair salon. I use to get my hair and nails done at M&B's and I don't anymore because I moved. There are 2 stylist there and I have never seen anyone walk out of there looking a mess ever. KIM is an excellent stylist there, work is FIERCE!!!! She could do wonders for my hair. She was very nice and took care of all her clients. Believe me if I lived closer I would be back there.
Very Mediocre service. I stopped this young lady at Robinson Mall because her hair looked fabulous. Long story short, she said she goes to M&B. I am very weary of getting my hair done in Pittsburgh. I have really bad experiences here. My appointment was for a wrap and a relaxer. The relaxer was fine. The trim was fine. It was down hill after that. I dont know if she was in a rush, but she blew dryed my hair on a low setting, combed it out and began to curl it. I noticed how fast she curled her other client's hair and was weary as I sat in her seat. I could have gotten her same 15 minute effect with a pair of $10 revlon curling irons and and having 10 minutes to "do something quick" to be at work on time. My end result was some pseudo-Farah Fosset/wispy look. The flat irons looked cheap. I am astonished because she has been doing hair for years. On top of that, it cost $60. Next stop: Philip Pelusi.
