Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Downtown restaurant serves steaks, seafood and offers happy hour, affordable prices and a friendly atmosphere.
Could not find this place!.
Lowrie street is difficult to both find and navigate due to the intersection of several streets and all the parked cars. We could not even find the restaurant at the given address! We ended up going down an unmarked dead end street with 2 inches to spare between parked cars and no where to turn at the end.
It may be worth checking out...if you can find it.
the best. its a friendly atmosphere where they make you feel at home. You don't leave hungry.
User review by robins100. Had certificates to Billy's Bistro that I received as a gift. I did not enjoy my experience at Billy's .
Barry. Billy's is a great place. Family friendly and just darn good food. You need to request the "Barry Burger" it's not on the menu yet but it's 'out of this world' and I know they won't hesitate to make it for you.
Billy's Troy Hill Bistro. Billy's is a very comfortable place with really good food. The best part is they have a great children's menu. The prices are family-friendly too. It is a casual place that is family run, and they make you feel like family..........
