AWESOME FLORIST. I have had the opportunity to use Mt. Troy Floral on many different occassions. I have used her to send flowers to a funeral and to send flowers to somebody in the hospital. One time I had a friend in the hospital who was in the ICU. Carole called everyday to find out when my friend could finally receive flowers! AWESOME customer service. The flower arrangements are always beautiful. Everytime I have sent one of her arrangements the person receiving the arrangement always makes a comment about how wonderful the flowers are. If you are using, FTD or 1-800 Flowers...stop..you are not getting the quality of flowers you deserve.
