Blind Doctors. In all my dealings with The Blind Doctors, I have been completely satisfied. From my purchases to blind cleaning issues, the company has been wonderful. I was happy with the prices and choices in new blinds. Installation was quick and he didn't make a mess!! I also had blinds cleaned and he returned them the next day! And they looked great! John, the company rep, was knowledgeable and very nice. I would gladly recommend The Blind Doctors to my family and friends, as I have done several times!

Rude Service AND They Try To Rip You Off.
I absolutely do not recommend The Blind Doctors. I called and talked to a man named John about having blinds installed on a window. The guy was so unbelievably rude! The first time I talked to him, he said blinds would cost $140. The second time, he upped the price to $200 for no apparent reason, since nothing about the order changed. Not only was he rude, he literally yelled at one point, "Do you want fabric shades, wood shades, or WHAT?" Because he obviously didn't understand what "standard metal one-inch slat horizontal blinds in a silver shade" meant (even after I repeated it 3 times).
Don't even bother with The Blind Doctors. There are a lot of other blinds companies with much better service and nicer employees. The Blind Doctors plays price games. I don't. I just wonder how the hell they stay in business.
