Never showed up when scheduled!. We were expecting someone to come to our house today to install a window. We already gave them the down payment. He didn't show up during the timeframe. We called them-- they called back over an hour later to say he wasn't coming! We rescheduled for a different day. It's annoying to wait around for someone who doesn't show--especially if you are taking off work to do so!

terrible experience, bad install and even worse customer ser. This company damaged ( irreparably) an inside window frame which they are refusing to fix as well as a shrub outside my house which the insaller broke and also a panel around the inside of a second window. it was a nightmare watching my house get damaged by this installer who seemed to minimize the problem and suggest I fix it myself.

I tried to resolve the matter with the manager. No return phone calls, lots of condescending questions when I finally held long enough to actually get him on the phone and then and zero satisfaction.

I will now have to spend my own time and money to right what they made wrong. I am a very dissatified customer and would highly reccomend taking your business elsewhere. The only question left for me is whether I should file a small claims suit against them.

They clearly don't care about their customers at all once they get your money. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use them for anything.
