rushed through consultations, AVOID. I did not feel that Dr. Watson was thorough or thoughtful during my three office visits. During my final visit he suggested a brace, but did not give me any indication of a treatment plan (how long I should wear it, should I then go back to physical therapy, etc,). When I asked the nurse if I could talk to him again to establish what exactly I was supposed to do, she quite simply refused my request and immediately became defensive and confrontational. In the end I was forced to collect my records and find another doctor.…
Extremely knowlegeable, nice staff. Annoyed that i have to drive 45 mins out of my way..... I was extremely impressed with Dr. Watson and his abilities. My ankle was broken after a car accident, and he was very nice to me when I went to see him. After my surgery, he explained everything in detail to my family members, and made sure they were informed as to what happened. I have seen him on a followup, and he was very professional and courteous to me then as well. I have another appointment next week. The only thing that I am annoyed with (and the reason I didn't give 5 stars) is the fact that he no longer has office hours in Cranberry. I have to drive all the way to Shadyside to see him (45 mins - 1 hr drive), as he is the only Foot/Ankle specialist in the group.…
Many more qualifed ortho doctors out there w/good bedside manners---avoid!!. Dr Watson is very unprofessional. He was cocky when he saw me and quick to form a treatment plan without speaking with me. When I tried to speak with him, he became abrasive. He ultimately wrote something negative in my chart and I am unable to see other qualifed doctors within his office. I very negative experience for a minor injury.…
